Protocols

By engaging Search Quest Investigations LLC ("the Agency") for investigative services, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the Agency and Client for all services rendered.

The Agency is a licensed private investigation firm operating under the laws of the State of New Jersey. All investigations are conducted by licensed professionals in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The Agency provides professional investigative services including but not limited to: surveillance, background investigations, skip tracing, insurance fraud investigation, workers' compensation investigation, civil investigation, and social media intelligence gathering.

The specific scope of each engagement will be outlined in a separate case agreement or retainer letter. Services outside the agreed scope may require additional authorization and fees.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the investigation

• Not use obtained information for illegal purposes

• Maintain confidentiality of investigation details

• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

• Notify the Agency of any relevant changes to case circumstances

The Client warrants that the requested investigation does not require the Agency to violate any laws or ethical standards.

All information gathered during an investigation is confidential and will only be shared with the Client or as required by law. The Agency maintains strict protocols for data security and evidence handling.

The Agency will not disclose the existence of an investigation to third parties except as legally required or with Client authorization.

Payment terms will be established in the case agreement. Generally:

• A retainer may be required before services begin

• Fees are based on hourly rates plus expenses

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt

• Late payments may incur additional fees

• The Agency reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment

The Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. The Agency is not responsible for:

• Outcomes or results of legal proceedings

• Actions taken by Client based on investigation findings

• Third-party actions or decisions

• Circumstances beyond the Agency's reasonable control

The Agency makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or the success of locating subjects.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for fees incurred through termination date

• Agency will provide all completed work product

• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in New Jersey. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under New Jersey law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of New Jersey.

These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
